Message Your two statements can not be true. Holds Vacuum and also leaks. Your A/C Guy had it holding Vacuum for 30 Minutes?.. That will only find Gross Leaks.. the Kind a Sniffer will find. 30 Minutes is NOTHING.. What Vacuum are they pulling to?..
To do a system proper, you need to get the Vacuum to less than 200 Microns.. and with all the garbage that is likely in the Oil, that can take a few DAYS.. then you need to seal off the Vacuum pump and watch the Vacuum rise and see where it stops.. that can take a DAY..

UNLESS you are prepared to spend this amount of time and money, your just stabbing in the Dark.. THEN. you have only determined IF you have a leak, not where it is.. that is even more difficult!

A/C Leaks will drive you ( me ) Bug Shit Krazy.. the parts were not ment to be inspected.. just Installed..

IF you want to solve this problem.. PERSONALLY inspect EVERY joint in the A/C System. Start under the hood.. Open EVERY fitting and inspect with some sort of Magnifying Lookers to check the Surface finish.. Re-Install with all new o-rings. REAL PITA.. and lots of parts need to be removed.. to get to what you need..

Or just keep tossing 134A at the car untill you end up stripping out the motor for some rebuild project.. then chase down the leaks..

{Rant Off}
Sorry.. went off there.. it happens with increasing Age

I normally work on VERY LARGE industrial Systems.. I'll take one of them any day over a minor leaking Automotive system any Day!!..
I get upset when proper technique is not followed for leak detection and the comment is " Holds Vacuum" .. I'll hold vacuum for 1 week or more looking for leaks.. { oh yea.. Sorry.. }

Wish you all the best in chasing your leaker..
